Practices for Wholeness
Learn about the various perspectives and models, we look to in guiding parents and teachers into a robust understanding of raising children in wholeness.
WHAT IS WHOLENESS?
Wholeness is about living our most authentic life, embracing all parts of ourselves, both light and dark, with unconditional love.
Through embracing the whole spectrum of our human existence (i.e. creating loving/accepting space for our traumas, sadness, anger, etc.) we find our greatest gifts and "solutions" to our challenges. Trauma, and lack of awareness cloud our ability to see our inherent wholeness and all of our gifts. Through healing and integration, we liberate the self, transforming and evolving our consciousness.
HOW DO WE NURTURE OUR WHOLENESS?
We use a combination of cognitive, emotional, social and somatic tools and methods supported by relevant theories, research and personal experiences to raise awareness and shift to a functional systemic balance that serves the self, others. Below our three modalities of healing and consciousness development.
BUILDING SELF AWARENESS
Trauma deeply impacts our nervous system and can shape identities and narratives that run our life. Having a deeper understanding for all the ways trauma impacts how we show up as care takers for our children. is equally important for how easily a trauma response can be invoked in the child.
FOCUS ON HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
Vertical development is about how consciousness (people, organizations or societies) evolve throughout their lifetime in stages. Raising Wholeness is about gaining a deeper understanding for both your child. and. yourself to better nurture a healthy and full experience at all stages. Although we look at many models of development, we often refer to Terri O’Fallon’s Stages Matrix theory to refer to the levels of development.
HEALTHY BALANCE OF MASCULINE AND FEMININE
Building an understanding and embodiment of healthy energy balance of yin and yang or feminine and masculine energy that lives inside of all of us is another lens that helps us deepen our wholeness. Both Feminine and Masculine have a healthy and unhealthy energy and much of the unhealthy versions have been apart of our conditioning through our family systems, media, and society. By focusing on nurturing healthy masculine and feminine in us helps create divine balance and helps us recognized and nurture that balance in children.
TRANSLATING OUR HEALING FOR OUR CHILDREN
Through healing our own inner child, we naturally develop a deeper capacity of compassion and sense of relating to our children's needs. Further, we infuse our education with a children's speech language pathology (SLP) and occupational therapist (OT), help build the most robust developmental tools for meeting our children where they are at.
"May we Raise a generation of children whose worthiness knows no conditions."

A MODEL OF WHOLENESS
To us, wholeness is just like the tree, experiencing seasons that lead to its growth and expansion. Each season has its gifts, and each cycle expands our consciousness and development. By embracing the cycles, we evolve. And by understanding own model and process for healing, we become role models for our children to embrace this natural process.
Much of our current culture resists the letting go phase. Think of it like this, each life represents a skill, an identity, a belief, and that can serve us for a cycle in our lives, and at some point we out grown them and need to shed them in order to make space for our evolution.
