Washington Retreat | Foundations of the Feminine

Embodied Feminine is our birthright

And for many of us this was not modeled, nurtured, guided. 

And we are left with a generation of women looking to shift the tide, reclaim their essence and model a new way forward.

Join us for this 1 day - Workshop where we will move through the stages of femiine development. Each stage becomes the foundation for then next, and depending on the role models and care givers in your life the soils of this foundation may be less fetile, nurtient rich  than what you needed to thrive. Together in this workshop we will illuminate collective shadows, welcome integration, and support new practices and awareness to tend to these earlier stages and help you create your own practices for tending and mending your feminine design.

• Wednesday Aug 28 - Collective Zoom Call to welcome to the space
• Friday Aug 30 - Welcome Fire & Cacao Ceremony (optional) 
• Saturday Aug 31  | 9:30AM -5PM - Workshop at Harmony Woods in 

Tea / Coffee  and nutrient rich snacks provided throughout the day

Lunch  provided 

Please bring a journal, and wear comfortable clothes that make you feel amazing.
