We all get triggered. It's part of the human experience and with more awareness we can see, understand, and manage our triggers with more compassion .

Become a role model for wholeness.

This program is created to help you reparent yourself to become a conscious role model to your child, and living and being what you hope for them. The implications of this class will have positivity ripples relationship with your child, and all relationships, by helping you cultivate a deep level of self awareness, and practices for deepening your wholeness.

REGULATION:  Understanding the nervous system and regulation as a fundamental part of learning and well being

INTRO TO TRUAMA: Understanding trauma, how it impacts us as caregivers, and how to elevate potential trauma patterns in the child

TRIGGER AWARENESS: Building trigger awareness, and how to support yourself when you are triggered.

DECONSTRUCTING STORIES: What are stories, how do we start to see them, how can we compost them, and what are the most common stories from compliance based models.

What is the vision? 

We really believe in the benefit of this class for all people and want to make it available for everyone. We plan to create multiple formats to help all care givers who are wanting to evolve and shift out of compliance based models and into a reciprocal one. 

We also plan to build teacher training course, and eventually support schools and have certified raising wholeness schools. If you are interested in investing/supporting this mission reach out or donate.

What if need to take a week off for vacation?

All the materials will be available to you, so if you need to take a week off for vacation, you should have everything you need to catch up the following week. The Q&A session will be recorded for you to watch and if you have questions on the module you can add them to the chat. We will be taking a collective break the week of July 4th. 

Would this be a good fit for me if my child has a disability?

Yes! These practices support all parents to be more present and available for their children. 

 

That being said we do have another class that will dive more into supporting children's executive functioning in Jan. 2023. Where we help you to understand the developmental stages so that you can meet your child where they are at and support their continued growth and development while also noticing and healing what comes up for you through this process.

What if I can't make it to the Q&A's?

If you can't make the bi-weekly Q&A's because of your time zone or a previous commitment, you will be able to watch a recording of the session. All course material will be available to you. If you have questions about the course material you can ask in the chat and the course instructors will respond. 

How much time will this take?

About 2.5 - 4 hrs / per module. Modules are release biweekly.

 

Weekly time expectations as follows:

  • 30-60 mins of teaching

  • 60 mins Q&A Call

  • 60 mins buddy call (suggested)

  • 20 mins exercise 

Can my spouse come?

Yes! We encourage both parents to take the course. They are welcome to join any of the calls and we encourage you to watch the videos together and do the exercises.

Let us know if you have any question. 

What if I don't like my buddy, can I change buddies? 

Of course! Just let us know and we'll be happy to make sure we find a good fit. We've found it to be helpful to have close friends, who share like minded language and understanding to share in the journey. It's our hope that everyone in this community will be available to each other as support. 

When are the calls?

We have a global cohort coming together do the best to accommodate everyone's time zone - TBD feel free to request.
