MAMA CIRCLE | STARTS SEPT 10th

7 Week Motherhood Circle. 

There is more to motherhood connection than just venting - but empowering each other to rise up in motherhood as our best selves, while having compassion and support for all struggles and stories that make our own nourishment challenging. This kind of connection is powerfully transformative. 

Join me and other conscious mothers, we will meet weekly on  TUESDAYS @12:30PM ET for a 90min circle practice sharing stories around motherhood circling around the shadows and stories of Boundaries, Burnout and Victimhood. We'll explore all the ways this was modeled to us in our past, and support each other to make changes that help us honor our wholeness, and role model healthy ways forward for our kiddos.
