The Structure
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Application

Complete our brief application to ensure Rise Rooted is the right fit for your daughter's growth journey.
Step 2: Acceptance & Enrollment

Upon acceptance, complete payment within 48 hours to secure your daughter's spot in the circle.
Step 3: Onboarding Call
-
Your daughter receives welcome materials including portal access, circle guidelines, and we'll have a 1:1 preparation call before she joins the community.
Step 4: Biweekly Circles

Every other Sunday, 4-5:30 PM ET via Zoom.

Each session includes:

Opening circle and check-ins

Skill-building focus (regulation, decision-making, etc.)

Group discussion and peer support

Integration practices and take-home tools

Step 5: Between-Call Support

Access to private community chat (via Telegram - app is accessible on desktop if cellphone isn't accessible), call recordings, resource library, and peer connections for ongoing support.

Jenn Reilly has over a decade of experience supporting women through major life transitions. As a mother, wholeness coach, women's executive coach, and feminine development specialist, she understands the unique challenges young women face today.

FAQs
When do the circles meet Every other Sunday at 4PM ET
What if I can't make a circle? All sessions are first of all here for your support, if you can't make it's ok. And of course we want you there. We will share recordings in our group chat.
How much time does this require? It requires 90 mins every other week. There may be supportive "homework" that is never required. It more like suggestive practices to help build self awareness between sessions.
When do cohorts begin? Your journey begins when you're accepted into the container. We integrate new women periodically within our ongoing sacred community.
Will this work for my daughter? This program is designed for young women who are new to maidenhood and want to approach their next chapter of their womanhood with intention. And in general just for our young women to have more conscious connection.
What if I want my daughter to have more 1:1 Calls. Rise Rooted is designed as a peer community experience where young women learn alongside each other. The group dynamic is essential to the work - teens often hear things differently from peers than from adults. For daughters needing more individual support, I offer separate 1:1 sessions focused on shadow work, somatic work, regulation, and intensive transition planning at $450 per session ($222 for Rise Rooted members).
