Welcome to
Motherhood Rising
Free community calls to support working mothers returning to our wisdom
A free bi-weekly sanctuary for working mothers and those navigating postpartum challenges beyond the 4th trimester.

Every Other Wednesday | 12:00-1:00 PM Eastern
Motherhood Rising creates sacred space for women who sense there's a different way to approach motherhood and work—one that honors our cyclical nature rather than fighting against it.

Together, we're returning to the wisdom our bodies have always held and using it to transform how we mother, how we work, and how we move through the world.

What if your child's behavior isn't something to fix, but a reflection of your nervous system?
For working mothers and those navigating postpartum challenges months or years after birth, finding regulation can feel impossible while balancing career demands, family needs, and your wellbeing.
Join other women on a journey back to your innate wisdom.
Regulation isn't about perfection—it's a journey of building awareness. and nurturing the foundations of motherhood. Many of us weren't modeled this growing up—women need to learn how to move with their bodies.
This embodied change is what our children need to witness and is the key to regulation.

MEET YOUR HOST
Jenn Reilly, Women's Wholeness Coach
Jenn Reilly is on a mission to awaken mothers to their innate wisdom by illuminating the intelligence of their bodies, honoring their cyclical nature, and creating sustainable pathways to thriving.
Jenn believes the most powerful way to raise children in wholeness is by first resourcing mothers—creating the regulated foundation from which children naturally co-regulate.

WHAT OTHER WOMEN ARE SAYING
"Wow! Jenn attracted and curated such an incredible group of women."

"Jenn is a beautiful, nurturing presence that holds a field of grace and enoughness. I appreciate her attention, her centered heart and skill with shadow work. Thank you, Jenn!"

"Jenn is a phenomenal guide;
she led and held each circle with compassion and attentiveness. As we moved through stories of victimhood, it seemed that each of us found layer upon layer of new stories of empowerment. I also noticed that being in a container with other women, founded on compassion and feminine empowerment, allowed for a sense of remembering and returning for each woman who was involved. By our last circle there was a noticeable transformation in each of us. That's AMAZING!!! Keep doing your thing Jenn Reilly "

"Can't wait for the next group!"

"I so appreciate the connection to every sister who participated. In the weeks following the potent 6 weeks together, I could see beautiful integration of so many threads. Jenn is an incredible facilitator full of grace and flexibility which allowed us to arrive just as we were (with all the dynamic nature that nourishing little's can entail- aka sometimes busy or seemingly chaotic schedules) so we could all drink from a well of love to compost and grow our experiences."

FAQs
Is this really free? Yes! This space is my gift to our community. My mission is to support as many mothers as possible in creating regulated foundations for themselves and their children.
What if I can't attend? Each sanctuary gathering will be recorded and available for 7 days afterward. You'll still benefit from the teachings and practices, though we do encourage live attendance when possible for the community connection.
How long will these calls be offered? This is an ongoing offering. Once you sign up, you'll have access to all future gatherings.
Is this therapy or coaching? This is educational and community-based. While Jenn brings her expertise in nervous system regulation and maternal wellbeing, this is not therapy or individualized coaching.
Is this only for working mothers? While this community is designed with the unique challenges of working mothers and those with extended postpartum struggles in mind, all mothers are welcome. Often women especially in early motherhood have a burning passion that is wanting to be birthed, and we are here to help water it. The core principles of regulation and co-regulation benefit every mother-child relationship.
What if I can’t get childcare or need to miss a call? We created bi-weekly calls to support you, and support the chaos of motherhood. Of course it’s ok miss a call. AND it's OK to come and just listen and not participate, if you are with your child, breastfeeding, etc. You will still benefit from listening to others sharing their stories, and you can always share your personal take in our group chat.
My child is already 3 (or 8Â or 15) - is this still relevant for postpartum challenges? Absolutely. Many mothers experience postpartum challenges that extend far beyond the traditional 4th trimester. Whether you're 6 months or 6 years postpartum and still feeling the effects, this sanctuary offers relevant support and practices.
