Guiding women on their wholeness journey.
Women are biologically different from men, in away that is deeply informed by their hormonal journey.
I help women and mothers build practices to compost, rewire and tend to their feminine wholeness so they can move from their greatest capacity of love, embodiment, and presence.

And from the work I've done over the years with women, mothers, leaders, and aspiring mothers - I've found that we all have a lot of outdated stories around what it means to be a woman, influenced by patriarchal systems and cultures and that women at large have lacked guidance through pivotal feminine initiations where our whole being is so vulnerable and impressionable. Women who want to break these cycles and step more into their natural feminine design have work to do to compost the ways and nurture themselves into their fullness. It is a process of both breaking down and learning knew ways of being, crafting new stories that support us. It is both shadow and light. And this process often requires guidance, support, sisterhood for our nervous systems to recalibrate.

My most comprehensive program dedicated to help women tend to earlier stages and initiations of feminine development.
In this 6 Month Cohort, I'll be supporting women to become conscious nurturers of their wholeness and develop a fertile foundation to raise their children and birth creative projects.

Biological Stages of Feminine Development
Women are initiated into stages of development predominantly based on their biology. The fullness of each stage’s development of each stage supports and becomes the foundation soil for the next stage.
Collectively Composting Shadows of the Feminine
As I have worked with women over the years, I have found key areas where we share collective shadow. Composting these shadows are the gatekeepers to women living more deeply // freely in their feminine essence.
